I must say I am beyond pleased with our experience here. My 9 yr old had to have a baby root canal, and crown put on and he didn’t feel a thing. The entire staff is so friendly and the dentist very professional. Also you are allowed to sit with your child through the entire visit “respectfully”. I’m so greatful I was told about this place it has made my child more at ease about going to the dentist now. I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone with children.

This place is beyond amazing! So so so kid friendly, all staff was super excited and approachable. Really made the first visit smooth and really understood how to deal with a two year old.

This was my son’s 3rd visit, Ms. Donna is an amazing hygienist. She kept my son laughing the whole time. Dr. Jackie was very pleasant.

This was my son's ( he's autistic) first ever dentist visit and when I tell you the entire staff is AMAZING is truly an understatement. Ms. Donna ( dental hygienist) took exceptional care with my son. She allowed him to feel the instruments and explained to him what they were for; and Dr. Jackie was the sweetest ever, very careful and kind. I recommend this place to anyone with children. Dr. Meg is an amazing dentist. She goes above and beyond. Most of the hygienist are amazing as well especially Yetta. We love her!

We are a transfer family. I love the customer service, and the knowledge that is given behind the services received. My children were excited about their gift bags. They came out smiling, and I'm very appreciative of the services recieved.

Love the Dentist. She's super nice and answers any questions and doesn't do dental work that's not needed just to make money so that's definitely good and hard to find.

Great kid friendly dentist! We were in and out in less than 30 mins. My three year old is a bit challenging. We tried in the main area and he did ok at first. They did everything to make him comfortable. He was just not having it. They even let him pick his prize first. My energetic nugget threw his ball across the room. 🫣we then went in a private room for the rest of the exam. They were great and tried everything. My guy is just beyond a handful at times. My 8yo daughter did great. They were super helpful in listening to her concerns about sensitivity. I have never received such a cute goody bag from the dentist before! Each kid received a shirt (plaque is wack. Floss is boss), bubbles, tooth brush, tooth paste and floss. Their patience was tremendous. Very glad we found them. May need to try one kid at a time next instead of both at one appointment.

Very happy with the treatment of my children! They are above the board kind, gentle and thorough. They actually love going to the dentist! Excellent staff and Dentist!! We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Our daughter just had her first dentist experience at Wild Smiles White Knoll. The staff was very friendly and kind to us! When they noticed my daughter was looking a little nervous, they helped her "practice" on a toy dinosaur with teeth. The hygienist (Jess) showed her all of the tools and explained what was going on in a super kid-friendly way, and the dentist (Dr. Meg I think but the name is escaping me right now) was calm and kind as well. They also addressed my concerns and gave us great feedback for how to continue to care for her teeth. In terms of the set up - this is not a negative about the Lexington office, but it has an open set up for all the cleaning chairs in one big room; this office has chairs in their own little rooms, which I think helped make it a little calmer for our daughter. Overall, we had a great experience and look forward to coming back for her next checkup.
